I bought an Easter dress today. It's nothing big and beautiful. It's very simple actually. It's a a purple little frock that I plan on getting a lot of wear out of this summer. I just cannot buy a dress that is only good for one wear. I am quite pleased with my little purple number. I bought something else today too. It's embarrassing. I don't want to talk about it. Maybe later I will get the courage to bring that one up. It's really nothing. Don't think it is and then be sadly disappointed down the road when I tell you what I really bought. :)
Parker lost his mind in the store today and we had to leave and come home. Yep. I love when those times happen. Very very fun. I bought some things for an easter party that i want to have on saturday for the boys and my nieces. After the lunch there is an egg hunt that i want to take the kids to. I am looking forward to the weekend. I have a lot to do in order to get ready.
Right now I am tired. I am feeling exhausted. My body throws in the towel at 11:00 any more. That must be a mommy thing. Eveyone I know is tired. We get up so early on sundays. I need to be off to bed. I'm glad that some of you have already made your way over to my blog! It's exciting to be back to blogging again.
Now I really want to know what it was that was embarassing to talk about. I talk MENSTRUAL CUPS on my blog for pete's sake! You can tell us!
New dress though! Fun! I haven't had an Easter dress in a long time, since before the babies. I'm with you...I like to be able to keep wearing it all summer, not just for one wear!
I think I (and the kids) just run on different time frames than everyone. We don't get up till 10:30 in the morning, but at night it's rare to be in bed before 1:30-2. Though the kids go at 10ish of course. :)
It must have been the day for baby freak-outs. Ava and Ethan were awful at the chinese restaraunt and walmart today. Hate that. They're usually so good, too!! Suppose I should just count my blessings!
